My name is Nichole Gray and I am one of the three Assistant Principals at Mineral Wells High School. I was born and raised in Mineral Wells. I am a graduate of Mineral Wells High School. I am truly excited to be able to work in the community I grew up in. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and my Master’s degree from Lamar University in December of 2016.
I have been an educator the past 11 years as a high school Social Studies teacher, Academic Leader, and coach. As an administrator, I feel my role is to provide support to teachers and students. Administrators should inspire and empower others around them to follow their passions and become the best versions of themselves. I am excited to be a part of MWHS and I am dedicated to creating an environment where teachers and students are excited to be every day.
I am married to my husband Carlos Gray, who is a Production Supervisor for Southwire here in Mineral Wells. We have three children: Sistina who is currently attending the University of North Texas, Carlos Jr., and Elizabeth who currently attend Mineral Wells High School.
