CTE, The Best Kept Secret at Mineral Wells High School
The Mineral Wells High School Career and Technical Education Department offers courses in 10 career clusters with 14 different programs of study. The CTE programs help prepare students for the future in a high skill, high demand, high wage career whether that be right after high school graduation or right after college. In these CTE courses, students are learning the hard and soft skills needed to be successful employees by utilizing industry standard equipment, resources, curriculum, and certifications. We also partner with local businesses to make sure we are preparing our students to meet the needs of the local industry workforce.
