4 Way Speech Contest

Just 5 minutes gives you a chance for a $1,000 scholarship! Every year the Rotary Club of Mineral Wells holds an area speech contest for students to compete for a $1,000 scholarship in the Annual Rotary Four-Way Test Speech Contest. The competition, held at the Mineral Wells City Hall, is held in February. Contestants must be students from the 9th-12th grade (public, private, or home school). Material must be original in content and be about applying the Rotary Four Way Test (listed below) to an important issue in our everyday relationships with people.
