Summer Student Worker Opportunity for Students Ages 16 & Up

Dear MWISD Parents and Guardians,
Mineral Wells ISD is excited to offer a Summer Student Worker opportunity for students ages 16 and up through our Maintenance Department!
This position provides students with a great opportunity to gain hands-on work experience, learn valuable skills, and help prepare our campuses for the upcoming school year while earning summer income.

Student workers may assist with:
• Basic maintenance projects
• Groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep
• Organizing supplies and equipment
• Event setup and campus preparation
• Identifying and reporting safety concerns

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to build responsibility, teamwork, and real-world job experience in a positive environment.
💲 Pay: $11–$12 per hour
✅ Applicants must be age 16 or older
✅ Citizenship, residency, or valid work visa required
